I am married to a Monterey graduate.....Chris Croom. We live in the Woodlands, TX....North of Houston. We have 3 wonderful kiddoes, Grayson, 7, Kennedy 5, and Steele, almost 2. Life with us is wild! I graduated from TTU w/ a R.H.I.M. degree. I worked in restaurants for several years then got my culinary degree. I worked as a banquet chef for the Four Seasons for several years, then as a sous chef for Tony's catering here in Houston. I then opened up my own catering company, Everything Edible. I am semi-retired from this....my 3 little ones keep me running. I still manage to cater things from time to time!
