Hi- I've been living in Portland, OR since college. Life is pretty good in the Pacific NW; the mountains are very close, so I try to take advantage by snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, etc. I bought an old house 10 years ago and have shared it with many great roommates over the years (one currently) in between some extensive remodeling. After many years in the corporate world, I started my own engineering consulting business a couple years ago. I do mechanical design for new products, mostly consumer electronics. Before going independent, my career took me to Asia a lot. I lived in Osaka, Japan for a few months and spent many weeks in Singapore as well. I've been fortunate to travel a fair bit for personal vacations also; last year my sister and I spent two weeks in Italy. I'm still single but have an active social life. One of my hobbies these days is songwriting with acoustic guitar; I've played some open mics recently which is a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion!
